The Klaxun, The Xiang and The Ebers
The Klaxun and the Xiang are still in the Stone Age. The Ebers recently reinvented the steam engine, although they once had a highly advanced technology, some of which may still exist on their isolated true homeworld orbiting Zeta Reticuli.

The Kafers
Kafers are biased towards technology that has an aggressive use.

The Sung
The Sung have reached a level of technology equivalent to humanity prior to the invention of Stutterwarp.

The Pentapods
Pentapod starships are examined in detail in articles presented in Traveller's Digest #14 and #15.

Ylii
The Ylii have superior computer technology compared with human systems.

The Medusae and the Enemy
The Medusae are briefly mentioned in the Nyotekundu Sourcebook. No living members of this species ( who may well be extinct by now ) have ever been encountered by humanity. No information on their technology is available, other than the fact that they used stutterwarp drives. Of the Enemy, the race with which the Medusae had fought a war for millennia, nothing is known other than their title.
